There seemed to be some miscommunication about the appointment time. Kandu allowed me to pick an arrival window of 2-5 p.m. Our technicians showed up unexpectedly at 9 a.m. I was never informed of this new service time prior to receiving a call when they were unexpectedly at my front door.
