Overall great job. Just was told not to open one box as it was being sent back but was opened and took a while to figure out if he used the right cables or not. Overall 4 out of 5.
Took two separate techs to get it done but it’s all set.

Overall service was very good. There remains, however, one outstanding issue that needs to be addressed regarding the letlft side cable. It drags a bit compared to the opposite side and still needs to be fixed.
