Bryce was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend him.

They were great!

Robert was top notch in every way. He called the night before to confirm his arrival time and get more details on the scope of work so that he could come maximally prepared. He arrived on time with a 30 minute notice courtesy call, was thoughtful about how he went about the work, listened to all my concerns, was very detail oriented, and ultimately fixed all the issues I had with my power rack plus cable attachment system from being assembled incorrectly previously. He came with all the best tools to do the job properly and efficiently. He was humble and kind and I would highly recommend him. 10/10 for Robert!

They were hired to put together a power rack and lat pull-down machine for a gym. I had to repeatedly correct what they were doing as they either failed to follow the instructions properly or simply chose not to look at them for many steps. They were careless with handling the pieces and scratched the finishing paint/coat off the very expensive gym equipment in numerous places. At one point I found that one of them must have knocked over the tall glass of water I gave him all over the interlocking rubber tile floor but he either didn’t notice or didn’t say anything. By the time I saw this it had been sitting so long the water had seeped through the tile cracks below to the concrete so I had to move equipment nearby and lift up the tiles to dry the area. Additionally one of them basically demanded I buy them lunch with a very passive aggressive request before they were even half done with the job. In the end they completed the work, but it would not have been done correctly without my micromanaging and following the instructions alongside with them and there are still things that aren’t perfect.

I had a wonderful experience with having Bryson helping with my chicken coop assembly. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him to help you with your project needs.

Indie Ventures was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was clear, prompt, and professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Bryce and crew did an incredible job putting together our new treadmill, removing the old one, and hauling away all the packaging and debris. They were efficient, detail-oriented, and clearly knew what they were doing. What stood out most was how kind and respectful the entire team was throughout the process. It’s not always easy coordinating something like this, but they made it feel effortless. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service.

We had a great experience! They were very professional, fast, and reasonably priced. We will definitely look to use them again for future projects!
