Assembly and Installation in Mora, Minnesota

I agreed upon a fee of $650 to assemble the power rack and functional trainer. Upon arrival, I was find by Omar Cruz, the assembly professional he couldn’t do it for that price. He said it would be an additional $500 to assemble both. The money was paid to avoid conflict and complete the job. This is shady business and will be reported if not resolved appropriately. I should only owe $150 to Kandu as I wrote a check to Omar for $500.

Received 1 damaged roof bow that techs made temporary repairs on until replacement arrives.

Great service! Kind and friendly! Thank you!

Seems like the schedule given to complete the jobs is unattainable. We were given a service window of 2-5pm. I stayed home from my sons wrestling match to be here during that window. Andre called at 4:45 pm to tell me he could not give me an ETA and then arrived at 10:45 pm to remove the back board. He was a pleasant individual, but actual timing vs actual appointment was beyond dismal.
