The person picking this up has zero communication skills and is not reliable. This took several tries because of the bad weather. That part I understand. After several unsuccessful tries we finally found a stretch of good weather. We setup an appointment for Jan 16. After our appointment was setup I unexpectedly lost a close friend from a heart attack and his funeral was on the same day, Jan 16. I called the pickup person on Jan 15 at 12:33 and instructed him that he had to pick them up either early morning or late afternoon on the 16th. He replied no problem. I had a friend stay at my shop and wait till noon for him to come but he never showed up. During the funeral my phone rang 4 times (12:45, 12:46, 1:17 and 1:18 pm). When I contacted him he said he forgot about the funeral and showed up at 1:15 pm. At this point I wondered how many drugs he was on. We then set up a pickup date of 2/3/23 between 11 am - 2 pm. At 2 pm he called me and said he was going to be 45 minutes late. I told him no problem because I was going to be here anyway. 2 hours later I had to call him to find out where he was because I was leaving soon. He was still 3 hours away. For the 2nd time I told him how disappointed I was in his communication. We rescheduled again for the next morning. He said he would be here at 9 am. I gave him clear instructions on when he arrives to enter the east door with no window in it. My security camera showed him wondering outside for a while and he kept looking in the west door with a window. He also tried calling me a couple times while he was in my parking lot. I missed these calls because my phone was on my desk. He finally entered the correct door just before 10 am. If I could rate him a 0 star I would.

Drez was efficient and friendly. He did not take off his shoes or have boot covers. Maybe he should have that? He was not on time on our first appointment, so we had to reschedule which was no big deal for us. Your online system kept us well informed. We did not know that there would be so much dust from this project or we would have moved away sports equipment and covered some of the bigger items. This was a miss, as I am certain your team would already know that and it would have been helpful to know in advance. It would have saved us a lot of clean-up time. Your tech cleaned the dust in the immediate area where he was working, but there is a lot of micro dust left behind from him drilling into our concrete wall. The hoop itself needs a dusting too. We just did not expect to have to do more work because of the needed product update. In our opinion, that should be done by Goalsetter.
