How it works
Set your service area
We map your area by zip code. Bookings from those zips are routed to your company.
Customers book online
They see your prices, answer a few questions about the job, pick three arrival windows and save a card.
You confirm and do the work
You get the request by text and email, confirm a window and assign your crew.
You get paid directly
Payment goes straight to your own Stripe account when the job is done. We never hold your money.

Is this a franchise?
No, this is not a franchise. We partner with existing assembly and installation companies. We do not control how you operate, and there are no royalties.
Do customers see my company name?
Yes. Your company is shown as the service provider on the booking, the confirmation and the receipt.
Who sets the prices?
You do, for bookings in your service area.
How do I get paid?
You continue to accept payment however you see fit. Stripe integration is available as one option, but it is not required. Assembly Pros never holds your funds.
How do tips work?
Customers can leave a tip after a completed job. Tips are processed through Stripe and deposited to your account. You are required to pass all tips on to the team members who performed the work.
Who handles refunds and complaints?
You do, as the business performing the work. We give you the booking details and message history to help.
Can I keep my other work?
Yes. Assembly Pros is one source of bookings for your company, not a replacement for your business.
What happens if I can't take a request?
